Health Insurance That Fits Your Life

At SilverLink, we know health insurance isn’t just about policies—it’s about protecting your health, finances, and future. Our licensed agents are ready to help you navigate this process and aim to find you plan options where you can keep your doctors and other components of your current care. Let us know your priorities, and we will search for the option that best suits your needs. Let’s break down your options. Have four Icons with this information

  • The ACA Marketplace

Eligibility: Determine if you qualify for subsidies, Medicaid, or cost-sharing reductions. Agents will be able to determine your subsidy level when you provide your annual household income.

Comparing Plans: From Bronze to Platinum tiers, we’ll match you with coverage that fits your budget and healthcare needs. There are many carriers available in the market which might accept all of your doctors and healthcare facilities.

  • Private Plans

We know that life is unpredictable, unexpected illnesses, accidents, or chronic conditions can arise at any time. Without a safety net, medical bills can quickly spiral into financial crises. Individual health insurance isn’t just a policy; it’s peace of mind. Whether you’re self-employed, between jobs, or your employer doesn’t offer coverage, here’s why securing a personalized plan is one of the smartest decisions you can make.

If you don’t qualify for assistance from the government through the ACA Marketplace Plans, you can still enroll in private plans. There are several options in each service area.

  • Types of Plans Available

HMO (Health Maintenance Organization): Lower premiums with a primary care physician (PCP) coordinating your care within a network.

PPO (Preferred Provider Organization): Flexibility to see out-of-network providers at a higher cost.

EPO (Exclusive Provider Organization): Combines HMO affordability with PPO-like flexibility—but only within the network.

POS (Point of Service):No referrals for specialists and partial out-of-network coverage.

HDHP (High-Deductible Health Plan): Lower premiums paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA) for tax-free savings.

  • When Can I Enroll?

Annual Enrollment: The Annual Enrollment for both Private Plans and ACA Plans is from November 1 until January 15th. There are other times of the year in which you might be able to join if you qualify for a Special Election Period.

Special Enrollment Help: Our agents can help you determine if you can enroll outside the Annual Enrollment for Life changes like job loss, marriage, or a new baby, among others. Our licensed agents will be able to asses your special enrollment eligibility.
