While earning his Bachelor's Degree at Florida International University, he began his health insurance career in 1994 at Neighborhood Health Partnership, where he learned firsthand what defines a positive member experience.
In 2004, Mark became a licensed life and health insurance agent and spent 15 years with Preferred Care Partners (later part of UnitedHealthcare). There, he helped thousands of South Florida residents navigate their Medicare options and built lasting relationships across the community.
By 2019, Mark recognized that truly putting clients first meant offering choice beyond a single company. Partnering with his wife, an experienced agent and marketing executive, they founded SilverLink to deliver personalized, client-centered solutions - not only for Medicare beneficiaries, but for individuals and families across every stage of life.

Viviana is an industry expert and the co-founder of SilverLink Benefits Group with over 15 years of experience as a health and life insurance benefits consultant. Her health insurance career began at Preferred Care Partners, a South Florida Medicare Advantage Health plan that is now part of UnitedHealthcare. Prior to joining the industry, she worked in Marketing for multinational companies such as The Walt Disney Company and Newell Rubbermaid. Viviana has a business degree in marketing and international business. Servicing others is her biggest motivation.

Luis is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent with a strong foundation in business and client relations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Marketing from the University of South Florida, where he developed a deep appreciation for understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions. His career has been defined by a genuine passion for exceptional service and a commitment to helping individuals make confident, informed decisions about the products and services they need.
Before entering the healthcare insurance field, Luis spent over 15 years as a hospitality leader serving prestigious hotels and luxury residential condominiums throughout Miami and Miami Beach. His dedication to creating memorable experiences and his sincere care for people earned him the trust and admiration of the communities he served. In 2025, Luis proudly joined Silverlink Benefits Group, continuing his mission to provide personalized guidance and build long lasting relationships with individuals and families seeking wellness and medical coverage tailored to their unique needs.
