COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

 

We currently request information only from interested parties via our 'Request a Quote' page. The information we request is for the purposes of preparing life and health insurance quotes, to give the servicing agent an idea of what the customers needs are and if you are a Medicare beneficiary seeking assistance to serve as a Permission to Contact form.   We currently collect only Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number and email and allow for requesting party to optionally elaborate on their request at their own discretion in the 'Message' section.  Collection of this information is expressly requested in oder to provide the interested party better service and an overall more efficient customer experience. We do collect your phone number through our 'Request a Quote' form and with your consent we may send you text messages on a quarterly basis. Additionally, we may reply back via text to any prospective parties who have opted-in by requesting more information or in response to any direct requests made of us or text existing clients with any important updates and reminders. You can always Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. We take extreme pride in keeping our clients information private and secure.  As such, we will never share your customer data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
